## How Team Commission Works

Team commission is earned as a **percentage of your downline members' daily personal commissions**.

### Example — Priority Level

> Member A reaches **Priority Level**, making them eligible to earn:
>
> * **11%** of daily personal commissions from all L1 members
> * **5%** of daily personal commissions from all L2 members
> * **3%** of daily personal commissions from all L3 members

***

## Key Rules

* Commission rates **increase** as your agent level increases
* Higher levels allow you to earn a **greater share** of commissions from your multi-layer team
* This structure rewards members for building and supporting a strong network
* Encourages **sustainable and long-term team growth**

***

{% hint style="info" %}
Team commissions are **independent** — they are issued directly by Gloture and will not be deducted from your downline members' earnings.
{% endhint %}
